which are deep fried tofu that have been stuffed with crystal noodles and sealed with fish paste and drizzled with spicy sauce on the outside.
if you go to Danshui淡水，you must eat 阿給(Ah Gei), 魚丸湯(fish balls soup), 魚酥( Fried Fish Crackers), and 鐵蛋(Iron eggs).
